REGISTRATION: 

Each interested person registers on the Zoborskou lesostepou website. 

Online registration for the race closes on September 12. 2025 at 24:00.

If the participation limit is not met, it will also be possible to register at the race location.

Transferring the entry fee to another competitor is possible until September 12, 2025, 24:00.

 

PARKING

Payment of race fee:
You can pay the entry fee in several ways. All of them will be offered to you after completing the online application. We recommend paying by credit card. It is fast, safe, convenient for payments from abroad and your name will appear in the list of registered participants immediately. If you do not use the card payment option,you will receive an email with instructions for other types of payments (if you cannot find the email, check your SPAM folder)/ ad folder.

  • The deadline for payment of the entry fee, except for payment by card, is  5 days from the receipt of the email confirmation of registration for the event.
  • Timing and results:
    The electronic timekeeping is provided by SunBell s.r.o. – VysledkovyServis.sk. The results will be continuously published on the VysledkovyServis.sk website.

    BIB number:
    Each competitor is required to have a start number attached to their chest so that it is visible and may not be covered. No start number on their chest It may happen that your time will not be recorded. The starting number is the property of the organizer.aA competitor who starts with a start number assigned to another competitor in the start list will be disqualified.

    If you create on a page vysledkovyservis.sk account, you can transfer your entry fee to another person, or make other changes to your application for free. (Platí pre podujatia na ktoré ste sa prihlásili po vytvorení svojho účtu a s použitím svojho účtu)

Pokiaľ si účet vytvárať nechcete, štartovné číslo je možné presunúť na inú osobu za manipulačný poplatok 4€. V prípade, ak chcete prepísať vaše štartové číslo na iného účastníka, môžete tak urobiť na stránke vysledkovyservis.sk. V hlavnom menu vyberte položku „Zmena prihlášky“a uveďte všetky údaje o novom účastníkovi. Zmenu však musí urobiť osoba, ktorá bola pôvodne prihlásená. Štartový balík preberá nový účastník. Po prevzatí štartového balíka už nie je presun štartovného čísla možný.

DURING THE PRESENTATION, EACH PARTICIPANT MUST:

  • food – bananas, oranges, bread with lard, cheese, bacon, pickles, bread with chocolate spread, bread with jam, gingerbread / coffee cookie mix, dried dates, nut mix, jelly candies, chips, salt, magnesium tablets, dextrose
  • AT THE END OF THE RACE:
  • drinking regimen: water, ionic drink, cola, non-alcoholic beer / radler
  • food: hot food/soup, cakes, pastries

WARNING:

  • If a participant decides to quit the race early, they are required to inform the organizer or volunteers at the live control stations or by phone.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS:

The announcement of the winners from each course, in age categories (first three women, women 40/first three men, men 40, men 50) is carried out continuously after completion, i.e. after the winners have reached the finish line. 

NOTE:

The organizer reserves the right to modify and specify in more detail some of the data provided in these propositions or organizational instructions, depending on the circumstances. Opatrenia COVID-19: V prípade, že aktuálna situácia spojená so šírením ochorenia COVID-19 si bude vyžadovať zavedenie opatrení v súlade s aktuálnymi nariadeniami Hlavného hygienika SR a Úradu verejného zdravotníctva SR, účasť pretekárov na podujatí môže byť upravená na základe rozhodnutia organizátora, resp. na stanovených epidemiologických a hygienických pravidlách pre organizovanie hromadných športových podujatí
